We will need 1-3 days to prepare your order. Custom painting will need extra 1-2 days.You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number once available. Please, make sure to check your spam folder! Delivery times are as follows (preparation time not included):

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. If you want to cancel a shipped order, please follow the returns policy.

Returns 

We accept return on products. Customers  has the right to apply for return within 7  days after the receipt. If it is the customs’ reasons initiated the returning,  products must be unused and in the same condition that received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. And customs will take care of the return shipping fee. If it is the quality reason initiated the returning, custom need to take some photos of the products to us, after we confirmed the issue, we will launch the refund immediately or re-send you the items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
